We are looking for a high-level professional to lead and coordinate the commercial activities of our operations in Miami. This is a strategic role that involves both team leadership and the development and execution of growth plans.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the US market aligned with the company’s global objectives 
  • Lead the local commercial team, ensuring performance, engagement, and a strong focus on results.
  • Manage relationships with strategic clients, acting as the main point of contact in negotiations and post-sales activities.
  •  Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and commercial partnerships in the region.
  •  Actively prospect new clients, focusing on market expansion and commercial growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, providing commercial insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to align commercial strategies with broader business goals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, business events, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand positioning in the region.



Requisitos e qualificações


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, International Business, or related areas is a plus.
  • Solid experience in commercial management, preferably in international markets or within the U.S.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. market, local business practices, and cultural aspects of the region.
  •  Proven commercial leadership with a focus on targets and high performance.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic vision and decision-making ability in multicultural and competitive environments.
  •  Strong analytical skills and ability to develop action plans based on performance indicators.
